How to set up a showing for a property?

Look through the list of properties below and find the one that you are interested in seeing. 
Click on the picture of the property you are interested in or the “View Details” button.
A new tab will appear with more info about the property and more pictures.  You will also find two buttons: an orange button call “Apply Now” and a blue button called “Contact Us”.  Those that “Apply Now” and pay the application fee get first preference. 
To schedule a showing, click on the “Contact Us” button and someone will contact you (when the unit is available) to schedule a showing.

Application Approval Process and Terms

 The owners wish to be fair to everyone and to give everyone a fair chance to be excellent tenants.  But there are several situations that will require additional deposits to justify the risk.  Application information will only be shared between owners and manager.  Any application older then 30 days and not yet approved or had a unit reserved, will be shredded and a new application will be needed to apply for a unit.

The regular deposit will be the same as the first month’s rent for those that qualify.  Applicants with credit scores above 700 and no criminal or eviction records may pay half the deposit the first month and half the second month. 

Applicants with credit scores below 600 will be required to pay 1.5X the regular deposit (one and one half times the amount of the regular deposit).

Applicants with evictions (including court docket #’s) will be required to pay 1.5-3X the deposit, depending on how long ago and how much was left owning to the owner.

Applicants with collections will be required to pay 1.5-3X the deposit, depending on how long ago and how much was left owning to the creditor.

Applicants with little or no work history, large gaps between employment or low or hard to determine income will be required to pay 1.5-3X the deposit, depending on how long ago the employment gaps were and how much income can be easily determined.  Applicants may need to show multiple pay-stubs, banks statements, tax returns, etc or a combination of these.

Applicants with a criminal record will be required to pay 1.5-3X the deposit, depending on how long ago and how violent the offense was.

Applicants with multiple issues or a combination of those issues listed above (ie: both criminal and eviction); will be required to pay extra deposit for each issue, again depending on how long ago and how sever the offense was.

No determination can be made without an application completed and the application fee paid.  The application fee is non-refundable and is to compensate the manager for time and money spend to collect the data needed to make the determination.  Yes, we do accept section 8 or other voucher.  Yes, we do accept pets with extra deposit.
